Terms of Service

Lorekeeper provides an AI-powered game master that runs tabletop role-playing adventures in a browser. The service includes voiced narration, campaign memory, dice mechanics, and optional scene art.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice. We will give at least 30 days notice before removing a core feature that paid subscribers rely on.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at help@lorekeeper.tech if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not create accounts for others without their consent, or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

You may use Lorekeeper for personal, non-commercial tabletop play. You may not:

• Attempt to extract, reproduce, or redistribute the AI system prompts, game master instructions, or adventure content.
• Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to manipulate the game master into producing content that violates our content policy.
• Use automated tools to interact with the service at scale without our written permission.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the campaign content you create through your choices and character decisions. The story the game master narrates is generated content that belongs to Lorekeeper.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs through our AI systems to operate the service. We do not use your campaign story content to train AI models for third parties.

You may not submit inputs that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Paid plans (Adventurer and Guild) are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars. The Free plan has no cost and requires no payment method.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time in account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact help@lorekeeper.tech within 30 days.

We may change plan prices with at least 30 days notice. Changes will not apply until your next renewal after the notice period.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The AI game master may make errors, produce inconsistent narration, or fail to recall campaign details accurately. We are not liable for interrupted play, lost session data, or AI output that does not meet your expectations.

Lorekeeper uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and others). We are not responsible for changes to their services or policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lorekeeper's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Delaware or the federal courts serving that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and by posting a notice in the app at least 14 days before changes take effect for material changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
